We build platforms, and we run them

We build and run the web platforms people use every day.

Digital Circle owns and operates classified marketplaces, job boards and learning platforms — then builds software to the same standard for small and medium businesses.

What we operate

Platforms we own, not just projects we finished

These are live products with real users, moderation queues and support requests. Running them is why we design for the year after launch, not the launch itself.

Classified marketplaces

Live · multiple markets

Buy-and-sell directories where people list vehicles, property and everyday goods. Built around category structures, search that copes with messy listings, human moderation and paid promotion.

  • Listings
  • Moderation
  • Paid promotion

Job boards

Live · hiring sector

Job directories that connect employers with candidates — employer profiles, application tracking, saved searches and job-alert email that actually gets opened.

  • Job alerts

Online courses and assessment

Live · learning sector

Bundled courses with lessons, timed tests and certificates, sold as one-off purchases or subscriptions. Includes the reporting a training provider needs to prove completion.

SaaS products

In development and in market

Subscription tools we design, host and support ourselves. Monthly billing, team accounts and role-based access, with the operational discipline that recurring revenue demands.

For businesses

Software for small and medium businesses

Most of our client work replaces something that is currently held together by spreadsheets, WhatsApp and one person's memory.

Websites and web applications

A site that loads fast on a phone, reads clearly, and that your own team can update without calling us. Or the application behind it — quoting, stock, scheduling, approvals, customer portals — built to fit how your business already works.

  • Fixed scope and price agreed before we start
  • Staging link you can open at any point during the build
  • Training for your team, and documentation they keep

E-commerce and payments

Product catalogues, checkout and regional payment gateways, set up so orders and stock stay in step.

Design and identity

Logo, brand and interface design, so the product looks as considered as it works.

Integrations and APIs

Connect accounting, CRM, WhatsApp and delivery partners so data is entered once and moves on its own.

Hosting, care and support

Updates, backups, monitoring and a named person who answers when something needs attention.

How we work

Five stages, and you know where you stand in each

No open-ended discovery, no invoices that arrive without warning.

Stage 1

Scope

A short, paid discovery: goals, users, must-haves and a written scope you sign off before any build begins.

Stage 2

Design

Wireframes first, then interface design, reviewed on real devices while changes are still cheap.

Stage 3

Build

Two-week cycles. A staging link stays open so you see progress rather than hear about it.

Stage 4

Launch

Data migration, testing, team training and a go-live window chosen around your quiet period.

Stage 5

Operate

Monitoring, updates and steady improvement on a monthly retainer, for as long as it earns its place.

About Digital Circle

A product company that also takes client work

We fund and operate our own web platforms, and take on a limited number of client projects each quarter so that each one gets the attention it needs.

  • We run what we build

Our own platforms carry real users and real support tickets. That experience is the reason our client work holds up after the invoice is paid.

  • Scoped and priced before we start

You get a written scope with a fixed price. If the scope changes, we say so, price it, and wait for your approval.

  • One team from first call to handover

The people who scope your project are the people who build it. Nothing is passed to a subcontractor you never meet.

  • You own the result

Code, content, domains and accounts are yours, documented and transferable, whether or not you stay with us.

Working together

Three ways to engage us

Pick the one that matches the stage you are at. We will tell you honestly if a different one fits better.

Fixed scope

Project

One defined piece of work — a website, an internal tool, a rebuild — delivered to an agreed scope and price.

  • Typically four to twelve weeks
  • Fixed price, staged payments
  • Thirty days of post-launch fixes
Request a scope
Shared risk

Product partnership

For founders with a platform idea and a market. We co-build and operate it, and share in what it earns.

  • Selective — a few each year
  • Reduced fees, shared upside
  • We run the platform with you
Send us the idea

Questions

Before you get in touch

A business website is usually four to six weeks from sign-off. A bespoke web application is commonly eight to sixteen weeks, depending on how many workflows it replaces. You get a dated plan in the scope document, not a range.

You do. Repositories, hosting, domains and third-party accounts are registered in your name and handed over documented. We keep access only while we are supporting you.

Often, yes. We start with a paid audit of the existing code and hosting, then tell you plainly whether it is worth continuing or cheaper to rebuild.

Yes. We operate platforms in several markets and work remotely with clients further afield. Contracts are issued from the company named in the footer.

Fixed price against a written scope for projects, and a monthly fee for retainers. Discovery is quoted separately and is deducted from the project fee if you proceed.

One decision-maker who can approve scope, access to whoever does the work today, and any existing content or data. We handle the rest.

Get in touch

Tell us what you are trying to fix

Send a few lines about the business and the problem. You will get a considered reply — not a sales sequence.

  • You write a few lines. No forms with twenty fields.
  • We reply within one working day, with questions or a call time.
  • If it is a fit, you get a written scope and a fixed price.

We reply to enquiries within one working day.

Notes on what we are building

An occasional email when we launch a platform or publish something useful about running software. No weekly digest.
